Shades of Stained Glass

My students colored stained glass pictures for Open House. I was going to post them, but I played around in my editing program with one picture and I loved the different interpretations. I'll post those today and the rest next time.

The original.

The interpretations.

Giraffe #246 has the right idea. Shading your eyes is a good idea when looking at the stained glass interpretations.

  2. You may think me boring, but I love the last effect, the dark green and black. I imagine stone walls, creeping ivy, ancient trees with gnarled roots, and a tower with stained glass windows just like the green and black.

    1. I don't think you're boring, because I love that one, too. And you described the imagery that I get from it.
